Private Casita

More than simply an extra bedroom, the casita functions as its own private living space. It includes a queen bedroom with TV, full bathroom, kitchen, dining area, separate living room with another TV, its own laundry, and a large closet. It’s an especially useful setup for extended family, couples, or guests who want a little more independence while still staying with the group.

The main home includes three full bathrooms, with the fourth full bathroom located inside the casita.

There’s no shortage of room to gather here. The home offers multiple living and sitting areas, making it easy for a larger group to spend time together while still having quieter spaces to spread out.

One living area brings together comfortable seating, a fireplace, and TV for movie nights or slower evenings at home. A separate front living room creates another gathering space, while the formal dining area includes additional seating beyond the dining table.

🌴 Backyard Oasis

The backyard is where this home really comes into its own. Beautiful landscaping surrounds a collection of spaces designed for swimming, cooking, dining, lounging, and simply spending as much of your Arizona stay outside as possible.

The gated swimming pool includes a diving board, creating a natural centerpiece for sunny afternoons while adding separation between the pool and the rest of the outdoor living space.

When you’re ready to get out of the sun, settle into the covered lounge area with outdoor couches and chairs. An outdoor dining table gives the group a dedicated place for meals outside, while the built-in outdoor kitchen and generous cooking area make backyard dinners part of the experience rather than something you have to leave home for.

Guests have private access to the main home, all five bedrooms including the casita, four full bathrooms, kitchen and dining areas, living spaces, office area, laundry room, and backyard with pool and outdoor living spaces.

Parking is available in the 3-car garage and driveway, providing plenty of space for groups traveling with multiple vehicles.

Pool: The swimming pool is not heated. Guests swim at their own risk, and children must always be supervised when near the pool.

Community: The home is located in a quiet, gated neighborhood. Please keep noise levels respectful, particularly during the evenings. Parties and unauthorized events are not permitted.

Security Cameras: Exterior security cameras are located outside the property only. There are no cameras inside the home or in private guest areas.
