The home sleeps up to 8 guests across four bedrooms:

• Primary Bedroom: King bed, fireplace, double vanity, and custom closet

• Bedroom 2: King bed with private tub/shower bathroom

• Bedroom 3: Queen bed with private tub/shower bathroom

• Bedroom 4: Queen bed, dresser, and private exterior access

The home includes 3 full bathrooms and 1 half bathroom, giving groups plenty of space to get ready for the day. Two guest bathrooms feature tub/shower combinations, and a convenient powder room is located off the entry and kitchen.

🛋️ Living & Entertainment

The great room is the natural gathering place, with a fireplace and folding doors that bring the outdoors in. It's an inviting space to settle in together after a day exploring Scottsdale or open everything up and enjoy the desert weather.

Wall-mounted flat-screen Smart TVs are available in every bedroom, along with satellite/cable service. An outdoor sound system keeps the atmosphere going outside.

🍳 Kitchen & Dining

The fully stocked kitchen makes meals at home easy, whether you're grabbing coffee before a morning hike or putting together dinner for the whole group. A gas stove, kitchen island, and all the necessary dishes and utensils give you everything you need to cook during your stay.

Gather around the breakfast bar or dining nook for casual meals, enjoy dinner together at the more formal dining table in the great room, or pull up a seat at the separate bar just off the kitchen.

The outdoor spaces are a defining part of the home, with two enclosed courtyards, lush landscaping, a fenced yard, and three patio and dining areas.

The backyard features a private saltwater resort-style pool with a shallow lounging area, so you can settle into the in-pool loungers and cool off without ever leaving your seat. Pool heating is available for an additional fee. The jetted spa accommodates up to 8+ guests and can be heated on demand at no additional charge.

A built-in grill, fire pit, outdoor furniture, and secluded interior courtyard give you plenty of ways to enjoy Scottsdale's outdoor lifestyle. Beach towels are provided.

Everyday Conveniences

Wi-Fi with speeds of 250+ Mbps makes it easy to stay connected, while a desk, desk chair, and printer provide a convenient setup when work needs to come along.

A washer and dryer are also available for guest use.

Guests have access to the home's main living spaces, kitchen, four bedrooms, bathrooms, laundry, office/workspace, courtyards, patios, fenced yard, private pool and spa, and outdoor living areas.

Parking is available in the 3-car garage behind the gated driveway.
