The home accommodates up to four guests in two private bedroom suites:

• Primary Bedroom: Queen bed, double-door entrance, walk-in closet, and ensuite bathroom with a separate soaking tub and walk-in shower

• Second Bedroom: Queen bed, walk-in closet, and ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower

A half bathroom is conveniently located near the kitchen and dining areas.

Both bedrooms feature room-darkening shades for added comfort and privacy.

The front living room and adjoining dining area offer a comfortable setting for quiet mornings, conversation, and meals around the six-seat table.

A wide doorway leads into the family room, where the fireplace and Smart TV create an inviting place to unwind. The kitchen opens directly to this space, making it easy to cook, visit, and spend time together without feeling separated.

Kitchen & Breakfast Area 🍷

Bright, open, and generous on space, the kitchen is made for guests who plan to cook and dine at home. An island and expansive counters provide plenty of preparation room, while the nearby four-seat breakfast table offers a sunny place for coffee, casual meals, or conversation.

Direct access to the backyard keeps the kitchen connected to the home’s outdoor living spaces.

Dedicated Office 💻

French doors create a quiet separation between the dedicated office and the rest of the home. The workspace includes a desk, desk chair, printer, Ethernet connection, and Smart TV.

Wi-Fi is available throughout the home, and a stereo provides another option for entertainment.

Backyard Living 🌿

The golf course stretches beyond the backyard, creating a beautiful open backdrop for everyday life outdoors. Begin the morning with coffee overlooking the green, stretch out on one of the two chaise lounges in the afternoon, or gather around the fire pit as evening settles in.

The covered patio offers a welcoming place to dine with seating for six, while a smaller table for two is perfect for coffee or a quiet meal. Multiple conversation areas furnished with sofas and chairs create plenty of room to visit, read, or simply enjoy the view. Mature trees frame the yard and add to its relaxed atmosphere.

Community Pool 🏊

Add leisurely pool days to your extended Arizona stay with access to the community’s outdoor pool. Whether you are cooling off after a round of golf or enjoying a sunny afternoon by the water, it is a wonderful optional addition to your stay.

Guests staying for at least 30 nights may purchase a pool pass for $200 per person, per month. The pool is not heated.

Everyday Conveniences

The home includes central air conditioning, central heating, ceiling fans, and an on-demand hot-water system.

A spacious laundry room provides a washing machine, dryer, and utility sink. Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher, a first-aid kit, and exterior lighting are also provided.

Guest Access

Guests have private access to the entire single-story home, including both bedrooms, all living and dining spaces, the dedicated office, kitchen, laundry room, garage, and backyard. Entry is provided through a smart lock.

Pool passes are paid for by the guest. After arrival, guests must bring a valid ID to the community center to purchase their pass. Access is only available for stays of at least 30 nights.
