Great house - we rented for a nearby family wedding. The downstairs open space was perfect for all having our, and bedroom downstairs was also perfect for elderly grandparents to avoid stairs. Pool and backyard was also great! Towels, pool toys, really glad we rented.

Beautiful home in a quiet Scottsdale neighborhood. It was extremely comfortable and spacious for our group of five adults visiting for a basketball weekend. We especially loved the open-concept downstairs—the large kitchen, living area, and pool table made it easy for everyone to cook, relax, watch TV, and hang out together. The location was also great, with a market nearby and plenty of excellent restaurants just minutes away.The only downside was the communication with the property manager. She was very friendly, but some of my messages went unanswered or received automated replies, so it didn’t feel as personal as other places we’ve stayed. I would recommend this property regardless, as it is still a wonderful retreat.

The house was great, very clean and exactly as advertised. Very well stocked kitchen with everything needed to cook and tons of quality dishes/pots/pans/glassware/paper towels, etc. The neighborhood was quiet with very little traffic and a nice playground for kids a short walk away. All of the bedrooms were clean, beds were comfortable and most of the carpet and flooring seemed new. Good TV setup for watching football games in both the living room and patio. We were a little nervous about booking since it was a newly listed property and new host, but we wouldn't hesitate to go back to this house or stay at another property they are hosting. Communication was fantastic, especially considering we booked our four night stay just a couple hours before checking in and had no issues whatsoever.
