🌿In the heart of Molalla, this home is tucked out of sight, with a private front yard that feels like a world of its own. Spend the afternoon under the gazebo, share a meal on the patio, and linger outside as the solar lights come on.

Inside, thoughtful touches make traveling with children feel a little easier, with room for everyone to settle in and enjoy time together. The park and library are just across the street, so family outings can be wonderfully simple.

This single-story home is made for days that move at your own pace: time outside, an easy outing across the street, and a comfortable place for everyone to come back together.

Outdoor Living 🌿

The fenced front yard is the home’s favorite gathering spot. Flowers surround the covered gazebo, which has a couch and four chairs, while an outdoor table seats four for meals on the patio. There’s lawn space for play and a giant Connect 4 game.

In the evening, solar lighting sets the mood around the propane fire table. A standing propane warmer is also provided. An additional outdoor area has more seating and dining space, along with a four-burner propane Blackstone griddle and grill utensils.

Sleeping Arrangements 🛏️

• Primary bedroom: King bed and Roku TV. Its private full bathroom has a large corner tub and a separate shower.

• Queen bedroom: One queen bed.

• Children’s bedroom: Twin bunk beds with a twin trundle, sleeping three. A tree and animal mural gives the room a playful feel, with books, puzzles, and toys for time spent indoors.

• Bedroom and workspace: Full bed, desk, chair, and printer.

A second full bathroom, with a shower and tub combination, is near the three guest bedrooms. Room-darkening shades, clothing storage, and extra pillows and blankets help everyone settle in.

Living Room 🛋️

The living room gives everyone a place to land after a day out. Get comfortable by the fireplace for a movie, or bring out the board games for an evening together. A Roku TV and DVD player are available when you’re ready for a quieter night.

Kitchen & Dining 🍽️

Make breakfast before heading out or settle in for dinner at home. The kitchen is equipped for everyday cooking, with a dining table for four and two additional seats at the island. For your morning cup, the Ninja DualBrew offers hot or iced coffee, drip brewing, K-Cups, and cold brew.

For the practical side of traveling with little ones, the home has a Pack ’n Play, infant highchair, baby monitor, children’s dinnerware, outlet covers, and table corner guards.
