This home had all we needed for our trip to spring training. Great space to hangout downstairs. Quiet bedrooms upstairs. Everything is still relatively new. We appreciated Kali's responsiveness to our questions. She checked in occasionally. The pool area and gym were great. Apparently the pool is heated year round. The garage is a bit tight for 2 cars. Check out was very simple. We had a great stay here.

Despite a timing issue with the cleaners as I checked in, this place was incredible. The issue I had on checkin was fixed immediately with the utmost respect and speed and I couldn’t have been happier. Kali was communicative, helpful and unbelievable kind. She allowed me to extend my stay and made many wonderful recommendations. The place itself was clean, well appointed and it was great to have everything as advertised. I was able to relax and recuperate. I recommend Kali and her beautiful townhouse!

Check-in is from 4:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Self check-in via a smart-lock keypad means you can arrive on your own schedule; your door code is sent the morning of arrival.
