Beautiful interiors flow into an outdoor space designed for enjoying the Arizona sunshine, while thoughtful extras like a built-in workspace give everyone room to spend their stay their way.

🌴 Private Outdoor Living

The backyard is the heart of the experience. The private pool features an eye-catching water feature, creating a resort-like centerpiece for sunny Scottsdale days. Swim, stretch out on one of the lounge chairs, or settle into one of the backyard conversation areas while everyone enjoys the space their own way.

Practice your short game on the private putting green, rinse off beneath the outdoor shower, or make dinner outside using the outdoor kitchen and BBQ. A covered patio offers another spot for outdoor dining and gathering.

Around the side of the home, a small firepit area gives you a cozy place to gather as the evening cools down. Peaceful landscaping and desert sunsets complete the setting.

Pool depth: 3–4 ft.

Optional Pool Heat: Pool heating is available for $75 per day with a $150 minimum per stay and must be requested in advance.

Everyday Conveniences

Along with its dedicated built-in workspace, the home includes high-speed Wi-Fi, Smart TVs, a Bluetooth soundbar, heating and cooling, and a beautiful laundry room with an in-unit washer and dryer.
